A house is the biggest investment one ever makes in a lifetime. The home loan that we will take and the interest on it is the biggest we will pay. If it is your first home then affordability is the key but for investment purpose waiting sometimes makes sense if a fall in real estate prices is expected. Always check the following things when buying a house for the first time. Always move into a ready to move in house so that you do not ever face the pain in delay of housing project. There are a few things I'd like to do to my house. I'm pretty good with DIY, and know my coach screws from my hammer fixings. First off, I have terrible flowered wallpaper that needs to be changed in my family room. So I would like to either just paint the entire room or at least change the wallpaper. Second, my carpet in the family room would need to changed as well from wear and tear on the entry way into the room. I'd also like to repaint each bedroom in the house. I have a deck in the backyard I would like to screen in to prevent bugs from getting into the house when people go out back. And I'd like to change the color on the deck as well perhaps to white. Another possibility with the deck is to extend the deck out further into the backyard and put in a BBQ pit. The gutters on my house need to be redone because when it rains it is leaking along the gutter. |
